While all these qualities are good and necessary, my number 1 gripe is with any squad is just being able to handle your own fights.

All I ever ask for is to get 1 kill before dying. You dont have to sacrifice for the squad, dont have to 1v3-5, dont have to even communicate. A good player can compensate for everything else.
